**Complex Needs Teaching Assistant Wanted - Bolton Special Schools**

**Temporary and long term contracts available**

**What we are looking for**:

- **Qualifications**:A qualification in Teaching Assistant work is highly desirable but anyone with strong experience relevant to the role will be considered
- **Dedication and Empathy**: Essential to the role is the ability to adapt your approach as needed to each child and remain professional and empathetic at all times, as some children need 1:1 support on a regular basis

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with class teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students with SEN, ensuring their unique needs are addressed effectively.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as required.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and academic progress of students.

**APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SPENCER CLARKE GROUP**
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
- You must have legal right to work in the UK
- You must be willing to attend a registration interview

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
