Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for an organised **Learning and Development Administrator** to join our team in **Banbury, Oxfordshire.**This role is offering **hybrid working** with 2 days per week in the office.

**As our Learning and Development Administrator, you will**
provide a professional and responsive service to our colleagues, supporting the Learning and Development (L&D) team to ensure development activity is planned, communicated, recorded and evaluated. Working in an often fast-paced environment, this role deliversthe coordination and administrative support for all development initiatives which on occasion may reach beyond the UK.
**Responsibilities as our Learning and Development Administrator will include**:
- Being the first point of contact for all learning related queries from our colleagues, managing the team inbox and responding within an agreed service level agreement. This includes policy, process, system and scheduling queries alongside managing the teaminbox.
- Working closely with the L&D team to schedule face to face and virtual learning sessions.
- Providing administrative support for all courses including issuing invites, monitoring acceptance, room booking, issuing of course materials and refreshments as required.
- Managing relationships with external providers including, but not limited to, booking and coordinating courses / programmes, enrolling Apprentices, monitoring progress and processing any associated paperwork.
- Designing, maintaining and reviewing learning evaluation surveys.
- Maintaining digital learning platforms, ensuring data integrity and functionality. Supporting improvement and upgrades of the platforms. Defining supporting materials for colleagues and people managers.
- Producing regular and ad hoc reports using Excel.
- Supporting the wider L&D team with materials and communications across multiple channels to promote and provide up to date information about the L&D offering to the rest of the organisation.
- Working with the Accounts Payable team, processing invoices and recording and monitoring budget information.
- Keeping document templates, checklists and forms up to date, in line with Corporate guidelines. Looking for opportunities to improve processes, policies, templates and communications, making the experience for our employees the best it can be.
- Supporting any wider People & Organisation (P&O) initiatives as required.
**What we are looking for in our ideal Learning and Development Administrator**:
You will be an adaptable person, capable of working within a fast paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.You will have strong customer service skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks. You will have strong stakeholder managementskills at all levels. You will be able to self-manage, prioritise and meet deadlines. Previous Knowledge and experience working using eLearning / LMS is essential with excellent and proven Excel skills at an intermediate level.
