Our client is an established asbestos consultancy, who delivers professional asbestos services to national clients. They are actively seeking a self-motivated and committed Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the London area. They are looking foran individual who holds the P403/4 asbestos qualifications and experience delivering a range of asbestos analytical duties to a varied site based. Applications will be considered from Guildford, Slough, Crawley, and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
The individual must have attained the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications.
Will have significant experience working as an asbestos analyst within the asbestos industry.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Will be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures pertaining to asbestos.
Must have good client facing and organisational skills.
Role Will Encompass:
Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Overseeing contractors on site and ensuring that they adhere with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
Carrying out site audits.
Building and maintaining a good rapport with the clients.
Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.
