In this Midweight Designer role in London, you will be joining a luxury branding company serving as creative partners to some of the world’s most recognised and prestigious brands and providing them with luxury design expertise.

From small scale to big, permanent to pop-up, gift packaging to immersive experiences, it develops, defines, and translates brand values with design solutions that deliver a 'wow' factor that is meaningful, effective, and completely unforgettable.

It is looking for a talented Designer to join its growing team based in Central London.

**Job description - 3D Designer**

You will take responsibility for creating new design trends, have a strong design eye, and will be able to think conceptually as well as produce well-crafted design work.

**Key responsibilities - 3D **Designer**:

- In this Midweight Designer job, your responsibilities will include:_
- Provide fresh thinking, strong ideas and a high level of craftsmanship across all elements of design
- Have a good understanding of the creative process from brief to production
- Organise and maintain design files and master assets as needed
- Maintain the agency’s standards of creative excellence, timeliness, and profitability
- Support the team when managing internal/external specialists e.g. illustrators, visualiser
- Help to maintain an atmosphere of inspiration and collaboration
- Maintaining high standards of quality to ensure only the best work is released to the employer and client

**Job requirements - 3D **Designer**
- A graduate from university, ideally having studied design
- 2 years experience in branding and luxury retail design
- Proficient in the use of V-ray, Adobe Suite, and 3D Max
- You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and computer literacy
- You will have an enthusiasm for the design industry
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Exceptional communication skills
- A natural problem solver, with great organisation/time management, and the ability to think both critically and creatively
- A real go-getter and high achiever, with the confidence to work autonomously and get things done
- A genuine interest in the creative sector and design
