**Group Director of Performance Marketing - Manchester - Flexi-Remote (Minimum of 1 Day a Month) - Up to £140,000 - Retail**

The Group Director of Performance Marketing will develop the strategic mission for the multi-channel department - focussing on driving sales, growing the company, and hitting all key objectives across multiple brands.

**Role and Responsibilities of the Group Director of Performance Marketing**:
- Develop optimisation strategies, forecasts, reports, and plans for cross-channel activity
- Refine ecommerce best practice across the business, ensuring the company is up-to-date with any trends, insights and opportunities
- Continuously engage in testing to highlight areas that can be improved upon
- Take the lead in regular performance meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Take ownership of finance processes, reporting on the performance of all channels
- Management and development of a high performing team
**Skills and Experience Required for the Group Director of Performance Marketing**:
- 5+ years Digital marketing experience, or specialist experience within SEO, Paid Media or Affiliates and Partnerships
- Background in retail / ecommerce is essential
- A solid understanding of the way that paid and organic channels operate and intersect
- Able to lead from the front, inspiring others
- Commercial mindset, and able to manage large budgets
- Solid analytical skills - adept at Google Analytics and other analytic tools
- A strong strategic thinker
- Great at building strong working relationships
- Experience of managing and growing a strong team
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Organised and great at presenting to various stakeholders
- Client-side experience is highly beneficial
