They continue to show year on year growth and as such are in the process of building a Transformation & Change team to help shape and deliver key initiates and projects moving forward. Within thisteam they have a requirement for a Project Manager who will coordinate and review current ways of working across the organisation, define and craft new business solutions, and be responsible for a large number of projects and new exciting initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation - both internal and third party.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
The successful applicant must have a demonstrable background of working as a Project Manager. Essential to the success of this role, is experience of carrying out interim assignments within the retail sector. Excellent communication skills - both verbal andwritten, with a strong ability to tell stories and present information so that it is engaging, well structured and appropriate for the given audience. This includes requirements definition and playback to multiple stakeholders, business solution design - includingbusiness process, logical data models, use cases, user stories and UI design
