**Purpose of role**

To deliver high quality training in line with Company standards and contractual requirements

Sultan Training operates within an environment of continuous improvement in support of the MoD; as such all employees are required to:

**Key tasks**
- To deliver training in Electrical & Electronic principles in accordance with the Training Plan and Sultan Training Standing Operating Procedures.
- To assist in maintaining and updating training documentation.
- To assess student course work and provide feedback on performance
- To be responsible for the duty of care of trainees during the delivery of training.
- To carry out equipment maintenance for which suitable qualifications and experience are held.
- Ensure Company security, health, safety and environmental procedures are implemented and complied with at all times.

**What do I need to do the role?**

**Qualifications**
- Level 4 Teaching Qualification / DCTS Defence Train The Trainer Course or equivalent (successful completion)
- Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Be proficient in the use of IT (hardware/software) within the workplace

**Experience**
- Consolidated experience, or directly employed in electrical and electronic engineering principles.
- Previous instructional experience in a military or civilian electrical and electronic environment
- Experience in the development of electrical and electronic engineering based training courses
