**Territory Sales Manager | Central & East England | Full Time | £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission plus year-end bonus**
Our client is a market leading importer and distributor of fast-moving consumer goods with a fantastic portfolio of brands supplying the retail, wholesale, DIY, Automotive, Household and Stationery sectors. The company are looking for a field-based TerritorySales Manager to join their fast-growing nationwide sales team, to cover Central & Eastern England - ideally situated within the M1/A1 corridor.
You will be a natural salesperson, approachable and personable, with a confident and positive attitude. You will be ambitious and creative with direct sales experience, preferably but not necessarily within an existing field sales role.
With the right attitude, you will excel in this team if you want to be rewarded for hitting targets and can thrive on continuous coaching, training and career development.

- The ability to develop new business opportunities as well as maintain and advancing long standing client relationships and be able to build relationships and positively represent the company products in the marketplace
- Proven track record in a sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Be a collaborative, productive team player
- Have the ability to plan and prioritise for success
- Full driving licence as travel and hotel nights will be required
**What will your role as a Territory Sales Manager look like?**
- Working closely with the Sales Team and Directors, you will be managing and advancing long-lasting relationships with existing customers and developing new opportunities in your area
- From the outset, you will be responsible for driving sales, this will include showcasing new and existing ranges and implementing the promotional activity
