One of the most exciting & fastest-growing property businesses in Yorkshire, who specialise in property sales to investors across the world, are looking for a motivated and dedicated property professional to join their team as a Case Progressor due to an impressive period of growth.

**Duties**
- Assisting in taking property transactions from the point of sale to completion
- Managing the buyers’ expectations through each step of the process
- Management of own case load & progression through the conveyancing process
- Speaking with vendors & high-net-worth investors
- Some liaising with tenants & letting agents
- Liaising with other industry contacts and our wider network

**You**
- You must have a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as excellent organisational skills
- You must have the ability to operate well under pressure individually and as part of a team as well as using own initiative and providing support to the case manager
- Experience in progressing residential property sales in an Estate Agency or Conveyancing environment is essential
- Knowledge and understanding of property condition and evaluation of potential maintenance issues (ideal but not required)
- Ability to grow, sustain and cultivate relationships

**On Offer**
- Up to £21,000 basic salary
- Generous commission structure
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
