**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Search and Delivery**

**Office Based**

**£20,000 - £25,000 DOE plus car allowance, healthcare, bonus scheme**

Due to continuing success and growth we are looking to add a number of ambitious and driven individuals to our Graduate Training Programme.

**The Role**

Our consultants are deployed in two disciplines: _Work Winning_ or _ Delivery. _This role will be part of the _Delivery_ team where you will be responsible for
- Managing the process from role qualification through to offer
- Active participation in regular meetings with the client to provide updates on recruitment, market intelligence etc

What is not part of the role
- Canvassing/Cold calling to win business - new business development
