We are an award-winning organisation and as part of the BARTEC Group and are now looking to expand our team operation in Cheshire.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Shipping Documentation**: Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, and DG labels in accordance with international shipping regulations.
- **Freight Coordination**: Book and track shipments and liaise with freight carriers and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- **Dangerous Goods Management**: Ensure proper labelling and documentation for DG shipments, complying with IATA, IMDG, and ADR regulations.
- **Inventory Management**: Conduct daily cycle counts within our Stores to maintain stock accuracy and support inventory audits.
- **Forklift and Reach Truck Operations**: Operate forklift and reach trucks to assist in stock movement as and when required - we can provide full training, experience is not required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics and freight coordination, ideally with knowledge of dangerous goods regulations.
- Proficiency in shipping processes and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and can-do attitude.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

This is an office-based position and we offer a hybrid working scheme where appropriate.
