An exciting opportunity has come up for a premium supervisor, who would like to progress to an assistant manager. The role is focused on the stores selling and service and you will be joining a unique premium womenswear and lifestyle brand.

The role:
- Help inspire a team to deliver a unique customer service experience
- Drive KPIs for the store
- Assist with team and training development as well as recruitment
- Support floor walks with VMs and the leadership team
- Look at visual merchandising and floor standard
- Previous experience within retail management from supervisor upwards
- Commercially strong
- Able to lead and inspire a team
- Strong communicator

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per hour
