This really is a great time to join Saint Gobain Interior Solutions in this exciting newly created role, you will be able to put your own stamp on it No two days will be the same in this extremely varied and fast-paced role, also the opportunities for youto progress your career are endless.
The roles will be to provide technical and specification support for the residential sector. While prioritising account and project specification work with our house builder partners, the roles will also support other niche areas of strategic importancein the residential sector.
The roles will need to collaborate with the regional business development managers, developing customer relationships by meeting customer technical needs and assisting with specification to meet industry requirements.
The day to day roles will be to provide system specifications which will meet the business KPI's to achieve system adherence and maintain close working relationship with specification partners.
A key part of the role will be to work with framework partner's technical directors and design teams collaborating information and specifications together which can be rolled out to the regional offices supported by the business development team.
Part of the role will be to work with framework partners chosen architects and design teams developing specifications for set projects and providing technical assistance by way of thermal calculations and providing updates to industry standards and regulationsby way of CPD's and seminars
Through working with our framework partners we will identify Drylining and Insulation opportunities to support value added products and increase sales volume and to meet customers' needs meeting building regulations and improve existing specifications.
Part of the role will be to provide on-site support to regional framework partners and subcontractors by way of construction detailing and use of project information packages.
we can also provide commercial support to residential partners by selecting the best value for money system and solutions which will support the business needs.
The roles will be account based focusing on specification support by way of Standardization specification and selecting products that achieve industry standards.
All information provided will be recorded on a customer relations tool which will allow all people within the business to have transparency of the levels of service the technical managers have provided and will help identify sales opportunities for bothinsulation and Drylining products.
The collaboration between framework partners and SGIS residential technical manager is a key function of the business to drive specification and product sales to develop growth within the residential sector.
