Available Hours: Monday to Friday (3.30pm to 9pm)
Available Hours: Saturday and Sunday (9am to 6pm)
Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour.
**Responsibilities**:Assisting with administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the centre.** Handling customer inquiries professionally, ensuring timely responses. **Managing schedules, including tutor appointments and class schedules.** Ensuring a safe and clean working environment. **Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.** Resolving issues or complaints, escalating when necessary. **Maintaining a detailed record system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.** Supporting the Centre Manager with the execution of marketing events and other business-related activities.
Note: This position is ideal for those who are passionate about education and want to make a difference in a leading supplementary education provider's administrative functions.
