Class 1 Tramper

Exsample is a family-run haulage business based in Baildon, West Yorkshire. Established over 25 years ago, we specialise in general haulage transporting freight throughout the UK. Having built a reputation for service and delivery we have seen significant growth over the past 12 months and due to growth, we are now looking to hire a Class 1 Tramper.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Class 1 license - no more than 6 penalty points
- Up to date CPC
- Previous tramping experience
- Experience pulling a double-decker
- Ability to ensure the freight is delivered on time by managing routes/ diversions etc

**The Job**
- Complete driver vehicle checks prior to hitting the road
- Planning routes to ensure you are traveling the most efficient route
- Communicate with HQ in relation to ETAS, Loading and closing the curtains
- Ensuring all paperwork and POD’s are sent to HQ promptly
- Ensuring all interactions with our customers are professional and courteous
