We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to support our finance function. This is a full time fixed term contract position for a period of 6 months.

As a business we are happy to support remote / hybrid working.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Dealing with queries and resolving them in a professional, prompt manner.
- Working on Salesforce to update / maintain cases within the Finance queue.
- Supporting other credit controllers within the team to ensure there is a continued focus on the reduction of the aged debt across the group.
- Update client records to ensure all billing is accurate.
- Updating clients Direct Debit information.
- Taking card payments from clients.
- Working to achieve set monthly targets.
- Cover other members of staff as and when required.

**Qualifications and Skill Requirements**
- 1 years' Credit Control experience, accounting knowledge.
- Produce accurate, robust and reliable information
- Take a duty of care over the information provided
- Information provided is high quality and right first time
- Trust and confidentiality with access to information
- Strong mathematical, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to meet targets in a high pressurised environment
- Capability to manage difficult situations
- Genuine desire to improve the finance function

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
