**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily running of a room whilst implementing Tiddlywinks values and standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents, collogues and management
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for children
- Observe and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support children's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and development
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's learning and development
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

**Skills**:

- A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with young children
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of children and the education on offer
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
