**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and clerical duties.
- Manage phone communications with professionalism, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Organise and maintain office files, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy access to information.
- Support the team with various office projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and organised, contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment is advantageous.

Pay: From £24,142.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
