The Harbourmaster wish to recruit Bartenders and Servers to their team of Food & Beverage Staff.

Experience of bar work, and in the preparation of cocktails would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. You may also be required to support other sections within our Food & Beverage Department. Good knowledge and an interest in food and wine would be advantageous. Strong communication skills in Welsh and English are preferred.

Having your own transport, or the ability to access lifts, would also be advantageous as evening shifts could finish late at night.

The hourly salary for this post is above the current National Minimum and National Living Wage rates. The hourly salary noted for this post (starting at £9.60 an hour) is based on applicants being aged 23 years or over. Please note that if the successful applicant is younger the hourly rate may be less, £6.90 an hour if aged 20 or under, £9.25 an hour if aged 21-22.
