Our client is an international business operating in 20 European countries and have also recently expanded into North America too. They have grown quickly through friendly acquisition, so they are made up of lots of previously independent businesses of varyingsize. This can throw up technology challenges to get all businesses on the same network, IT Systems and of course Security. This includes having effective security in place for new business systems being implemented across the Group including; HRIS, Financeand others.

At the beginning of 2021 they started to ramp up their Cyber Security Team that were/are looking at implementing Security controls across the business in all countries. MS tools (Azure/365) have been chosen and whilst the environment is more mature now,there are lots of projects and security to be rolled out. We now need another Security Analyst to join the team.

Experience
- Experience in a range of Microsoft-centric roles. Experience managing:

- Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD
- Microsoft Azure Sentinel
- Group Policy / Intune (nice to have)
- Microsoft Firewalls and Always-on VPN
- Bitlocker
- Endpoint DLP solutions
- Anti-virus/anti-malware software
- Good understanding of Microsoft Cloud-based security tools
- PowerShell - ability to read and understand to diagnose problems. Ability to automate common management tasks/write new scripts desirable
- Threat and vulnerability assessment and the use of industry standard tools
- Experience in cyber incident management and investigation
- Knowledge of risk assessment tools and methodologies
- API’s (in terms of security) - Bonus
- Cyber Essentials Plus Certification - Bonus

This is an exciting dynamic company with lots to do now and lots of projects coming online requiring essential Security. 2 Days in Bristol and rest remote.
