Bifoldshop is a family-run aluminium glazing specialist based in Cheltenham. We pride ourselves on a supportive, people-focused culture, serious customer focus, and high standards. Our typical clients are discerning, so you’ll be helping people invest in quality; not just making a sale.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling warm & hot inbound leads - no cold calling
Quoting quickly and closing sales confidently
**Managing your pipeline in our CRM**: following up, tracking, keeping everything tight
Working Monday - Friday, plus rotated Saturday mornings (fairly shared, with time off in lieu)
Hitting targets in a competitive but supportive sales environment
Who We’re Looking For
**You’ll thrive if**:
You’ve worked in glazing before, or you’ve worked in telephone sales / inside sales roles
You’re motivated to earn well above your basic salary and understand that hard work directly increases your rewards.
You’re comfortable in a target-driven role, and keen to show what you can do
You know your way around a CRM system and understand a sales process
You’re confident, warm, organised, great on the phone, and fast with quotes
You’re happy to manage your time efficiently
What You’ll Get
**Competitive pay**: £22,500 base + uncapped commission OTE around £35,000+, depending on what you put in
22 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
