To maintain the high standards our tenants expect, we ensure ongoing upkeep and proactive care of our properties. This includes preventative maintenance, painting, minor electrics, plumbing, plastering, and general repairs.

We are seeking a positive, capable, and proactive individual with a can-do attitude to join our successful team. If you take pride in your work and are committed to excellence, we’d love to hear from you. This role offers a minimum of 20 hours a month, with the potential for additional hours based on your skills and availability. Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
