**The**Role**: Service Delivery Manager
**The Team**:Managed Services helps clients streamline their business by providing outsourced access to Markit's best-in-class products and services for middle and back-office operations.
**The Impact**:The SDM role is a vital role with Managed Services as this person will essentially be the face of WSO. They serve as the day-to-day contact for our clients and help manage and ensure we are meeting client expectations, SLAs, and providinghigh quality service to the client. This role is key to ensuring the clients as a positive experience within Managed Services

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure day-to-day operational execution of service delivery
- Manage client action plans, root-cause analysts, and post-mortems
- Proactive monitoring and actioning against the success of delivery
- Regularly have scheduled check-ins and reviews of operating results with the client
- Maintain Service Delivery RAG
- Manage client projects, data deliverables, and reporting

**What We're Looking For**:

- Client-Facing/Client Relationship Experience
- Relative Business Experience, 2-4 years
- Banking/Financial Services industry experience
- Strong Work Ethic - organized, detail-oriented, time-management skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills required
- Team-oriented and ability to collaborate
