We are delighted to be supporting our valued client to recruit a Senior HR Consultant to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a award winning Consultancy and provide first class HR support to clients. This is a home basedrole but travel to client sites will be required on a regular basis. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
**What will the role involve?**:

- Support clients with organisational change initiatives, putting forward and challenging ideas to improve strategy
- Develop, deliver and maintain HR systems for clients including employment contracts, company handbooks, performance management systems, induction programmes and management development programmes
- Effectively manage and deliver high value strategic projects including organisation reviews, engagement projects, site closures, restructures and TUPE situations.
- Manage the full recruitment process on behalf of clients
- Assist clients to create and implement their human resource strategy to achieve business objectives
- Implement new systems using change management techniques
- Ensure clients are working to industry regulations and are compliant
- Advise and support clients on any Employee Relations, complex case management and support informed and risk assessed business decisions
- Create and deliver training courses, leadership and management development programmes and briefing sessions bespoke to clients ensuring to work to company regulations and company standards
- Identify new leads for possible business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Develop and deliver proposals through to conversion
- Identify opportunities to add value for current clients
- Attend events and seminars representing the company
- Ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks

**What experience and skills do I need?**:

- CIPD Qualification, Level 7 or equivalent
- A coaching and training qualification would be desirable
- Ability to manage multiple complex caseloads
- Experience of working as a Senior HR practitioner
- Experience of working at board level
- Project Management experience
- A sound knowledge of HR systems and packages
