**Stores & Cellar Assistant**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Purchasing Team; we are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Stores/Cellar Assistant to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the stores & cellar operation and who has the right attitude and flair to work in this very special hotel. Please note that this a fixed term contract for 12 months.

The selected individual will be responsible for greeting suppliers, following procedures with regards to paperwork for deliveries, keeping all records up to date and keeping the cellar clean and presentable in line with Health & Safety regulations.

Attention to detail, a focus on customer care and an excellent work ethic are all essential.

Entry Requirements:

- Hotel / Purchasing experience is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Has a good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
