To deliver a great guest experience by ensuring the Bar Front, Restaurant, Entrance & Washrooms are cleaned, stocked and presented to the brand standard. To work well with the team in the business to create a comfortable and welcoming environment with the key aim of ensuring our guests revisit us and recommend us to their family and friends.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Guests Give every guest you meet a friendly greeting (or genuine farewell when they are leaving the business and encourage them to return) Cleaning and presenting Bar Front, Restaurant, Entrance &Washrooms areas to brand standards

Our People Support the team by helping out others when requiredWhere required by involved in and contribute at team meetingsCommunicate and work well with the whole businesses team to ensure the delivery of great guest service

Our Practices Take pride to ensure the public areas, Bar Front, Restaurant, Entrance&Washrooms are clean, fully stocked and tidyEnsure the building is kept locked and secured out of trading hours and that no one is to enter unless a valid ID is producedComplete daily, weekly, monthly, 3 monthly, 6 monthly & annual cleaning tasks as per brand standardMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, online eLearning and workbooks as requestedAlways adhere to brand standards and all company policies & proceduresCarry out management team requests and brand instructionsEnsure cleaning materials are maintained and inform manager of any issuesEnsure cleaning storage area is kept clean & tidyEnsure stock of cleaning chemicals and equipment is kept for use on site and only chemicals purchased by Mitchells & Butlers approved suppliers are usedFollow COSHH guidelines and Mitchells & Butlers safety policies
