As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance NetSuite Consultant to join our team.
Job Description: As a Freelance NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing NetSuite, a cloud-based ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, to meet the specific requirements of our client. You will work closely with our clients’ stakeholders to understand their business processes, analyze their needs, and design custom solutions utilizing NetSuite’s various modules. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, customization, and integration of NetSuite into our clients’ existing systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ existing business processes and requirements.
- Design, configure, and customize NetSuite modules to meet clients’ specific needs, including but not limited to:
- Financial Management (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management)
- Order Management (Sales Orders, Fulfillment, Invoicing)
- Inventory Management (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Control)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- E-commerce
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and successful completion of NetSuite implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and training to clients’ end-users to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirement gathering, customization, configuration, and post-implementation support.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in NetSuite’s various modules, with a focus on Financial Management, Order Management, and Inventory Management.
- Strong understanding of business processes across different industries, enabling you to effectively analyze clients’ needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Proficiency in customizing NetSuite workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, and user roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
- NetSuite certification(s) is highly desirable.
Duration: This is a freelance position for a minimum duration of 1 year, with the potential for extension based on project requirements and mutual agreement.
