**Apprentice Label Assistant (Business Admin Apprentice)**

**Full-time for apprenticeship length 12 months practical 2/3 months EPA**

**9am-5pm Monday to Friday 1 hour for lunch (35hrs)**

**Based at Cherry Red Records, Power Road Studios, 114 Power Road, Chiswick, London, W4 5PY**

**Salary: £8.25 per hour**

**MUST have GCSEs in English and Maths at a grade C/4 or equivalent**

Cherry Red Records is looking for a bright and enthusiastic self-starter to join our very busy team in Chiswick, London.

You will also offer admin support to other departments from music publishing to production. A willingness to dig in and learn quickly is essential, along with a genuine love and passion to work at a record label.

Job Spec:

- Logging orders and monthly IOSS EU order reporting
- Franking the mail
- Managing sending stock back to Proper.
- Ordering stationary
- Assisting with online Marketplace e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Discogs and ebay)
- Picking and packing marketplace orders
- Maintaining/updating website product pages
- MCPS AP1 clearance admi_nistration (music publishing)_
- General upkeep of the office and admin assistance including (but not limited to) scanning images, collating label copy and helping to send mail outs
