Location: Tonbridge

Hours: 42.5 hours a week, working every other Saturday 8am -12pm

**Salary**: £23,000 per year

As our Trainee Service Advisor, you will be liaising with and updating customers, managing workshop loading, upselling our service offering, compiling estimates, building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in office administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in written, face-to-face, and phone interactions.
- Familiarity with general computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail is a must.
