**Working Days and Hours**:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

**Job Duties**
- To support the People Services Business Partners in the development of a positive approach to employment relations by building strong and effective partnerships between HR colleagues, managers, clinicians, staff and their representatives.
- To provide advice, coach and assist managers in complex investigation processes, working in partnership with managers, including advising on arranging witness meetings and how to take statements, and also coaching to support provision of outcome reports.
- To be able to communicate complex or sensitive information in a professional manner in various situations, such as dealing with complaints, or disciplinary or conduct matters.
- To arrange and coordinate case management meetings, including case conferences (absence) disciplinary/ conduct hearings, grievances and investigation meetings.
- To participate as required in job matching and job evaluation exercises using appropriate evaluation tools and ensuring the process is transparent and that decisions are fair, equitable and consistent.
- To create and provide audit reports to share with the relevant stakeholders (either internally within People Services or externally with Care Groups).
- To create, maintain and regularly interrogate relevant HR Databases, such as ESR (case management).
- To support the People Services Business Partner in the delivery of an effective employee relations service, policy implementation and governance function
- To provide coordination and delivery of training programmes within the People Services and OD directorate.
- To ensure that all training programmes, within the area of specialism, are updated regularly in accordance with current or new legislation and best practice.
- Identifies and investigates unacceptable levels, or patterns, of sickness absence and takes appropriate action, including reporting/ escalation.
- Contributes to audits as required, implements recommendations and works to further embed recommendations.
- Contributes policy training and embedding.
- Contributes to provide a high quality wellbeing package for staff.
- Monitor and update the people Services intranet page and update as required.
- To Ensure documentation on the internet is fully up to date and relevant, by creating and maintaining a rolling programme of review for in house documents, or by checking for regular update by external bodies, such as the UK Government or changes to employmentlaw.
