An excellent opportunity for a Parts Administrator has arisen to work within a forward-thinking company based in their Redditch office providing a seamless maintenance service within the foodservice industry. They are looking for someone to join their busy and fast-paced team on a permanent basis, this is a fantastic role that offers an excellent working environment and progression opportunities for the right people.
**The Parts Administrator day to day duties are as follows**:
- Receiving inbound calls from engineers, suppliers and clients
- Liaising with engineers on a technical level, taking their part requirements and providing critical manuals when needed
- Sourcing & ordering of spare parts/materials for both commercial catering & refrigeration catering equipment
- Raising quotes to clients
- Respond quickly & effectively to client queries
- Liaising with Service Desk to Co-Ordinate Works
- Updating In-House & External Systems with relevant Job Information for both Internal & External people.
**The Successful Parts Administrator must have the following skills/experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable)
- Factual
- Methodical
- Team Player
- High attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Essential)
**What’s on offer for the successful Parts Administrator?**
- Salary £22,300
- Hours Mon-Friday 09:00 - 14:00
- Pension Scheme with contributions of 5% being matched by the company
- 25 days holiday with the addition to buy an additional 5 days pro rata
