The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will be somebody who enjoys a busy and varied role and pushes for personal self-development. In this role you’ll gain exposure across all disciplines of the Accounts Payable function so it would be beneficial to anyone lookingto broaden their experience.
**Reporting to the CFO and working within a team of 5, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Assisting with weekly payment runs
- Processing invoices into the accountancy system
- Liaising with suppliers
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with GRNs and matching PO numbers
- Ad hoc duties as required by the CFO

**What you will need**:

- 1+ years’ experience in one or more of the following roles: Purchase Ledger Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Payables Administrator
- Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise with external suppliers
- Evidence of working towards AAT or relevant Accountancy and Finance degree
- Good communication and Excel skills
