**Sales Consultant - North West Norfolk - To £45k ote + benefits**
Our client is a family owned, locally staffed, company with an enviable record for high quality workmanship backed by a 10-year, insurance supported, guarantee. Due to their continuing expansion, they have asked us to fill a vacancy for a Sales Consultant whose standards and practices are in line with the company’s proud reputation and who’s profile is anything but the typical Double Glazing Salesperson. You may well come from a motor trade or estate agency background.
**Responsibilities**:
- Visiting customers to discuss and design their project requirements
- Providing accurate quotations and drawings to clients
- Properly manage your own schedule to arrange appointments around our clients’ needs
- Demonstrating products, and ensuring that the correct and accurate information is passed on to clients
- Work as part of the team to ensure the client receives a smooth and reliable service from start to finish.
- The role is based around the main office, mostly within the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm however does require travelling between clients' properties.
- Any applicant must also offer flexibility to work around the requirements of customers, with occasional weekend or evening appointments required.
**The ideal individual**:
- A polite and friendly manner, with a respectable appearance to always reflect the values of our company
- Enthusiastic and passionate, and able to pass on the knowledge learned when dealing with clients
- Provide excellent customer service, and be able to problem solve when dealing with customer related issues
- Work towards a high conversion rate of turning enquiries into orders
- Be able to work well when under pressure.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not essential. What is far more important is a desire to meet or exceed clients’ expectations and an understanding of the company’s values and desire to be something much more than the outdated concept of a double-glazing company or salesman. Full training will be provided.
**Rewards**:
Not the normal Double Glazing Salesperson’s package - because we are not looking for the normal Double Glazing Salesperson.
Basic wage of £20,000 per annum, with generous uncapped sales related bonuses.
Paid mileage.
Access into company pension scheme.

Clear, achievable progression targets, with the opportunity to increase earnings as your skills develop.
Full PAYE role, including 28 days paid annual leave. Not self-employed.
