**Heating Inspector (Public Sector)**
**VANRATH** are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an **Heating Inspector **for 3 months initially with the possibility of extension. You will predominantly be based in their **Belfast** site.
**Responsibilities**
- To undertake all plumbing work as necessary in the maintenance and refurbishment of Housing Executive stock, including, bathroom suites/ wet rooms, kitchen replacements, general pipework, fitting cylinders, tanks, radiators, sink-tops, immersion heaters, shower trays and units and any other associated works.
- To undertake, as and when required, first and second fix plumbing work.
- To perform inspections of plumbing systems to identify repair and or replace.
- To complete tasks outside their trade where required for operational purposes.
**Requirements**:
- Have successfully completed an apprenticeship in plumbing (either time served or skills based).
- Have a minimum of one year’s relevant* post apprenticeship experience working in a plumbing environment
- Can demonstrate practical knowledge and understanding of current Health and Safety requirements and legislation in a maintenance/repair environment
- A full current driving licence to enable the post holder to carry out the required duties of this post
**Remuneration**
**£22,194 - £25,409** plus Van & Fuel Card.
