The role - Temporary Project Administrator
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Contract - 3 months'
Salary - £10.00 per hour
Location - Inverurie

We are currently recruiting Temporary Project Administrators for our client based in Inverurie.

Joining a well-known charity, you will support with ensuring the project deadlines are met and assist in all areas of general administration.

How your day will look
- Answering incoming telephone calls to the business efficiently and professionally
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Ensuring data is up to date and readily available
- Electronic filing, scanning and mail responsibilities
- Preparing documentation using the Microsoft Office suite/SharePoint

What you'll need -- Proficiency with all products in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Customer oriented attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivation and a high work rate coupled with the ability to work on own initiative and think on your feet

This role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service & business support.
