Principal Ai Consultant

**Description**:
We’re looking for an experienced and business-savvy AI Consultant to join our AI & Advanced Analytics team at Snap Analytics. This is a hybrid role that blends strategic project leadership with deep data science expertise; ideal for someone who can translate business goals into technical execution while staying hands-on with analytics and modelling.

**What you'll be doing...**:

- **Leading end-to-end delivery of an AI product built on enterprise cloud infrastructure**
- **Translating business goals into technical execution plans**

You’ll serve as a trusted bridge between non-technical business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring alignment on vision, scope, and constraints.
- **Designing and deploying predictive models and data-driven solutions**

With your background in business analysis, you’ll help define use cases, success metrics, and priorities that matter most to stakeholders.
- **Communicating insights and technical progress to varied audiences**

You’ll lead conversations from sprint reviews to executive briefings, always ensuring your insights are relevant, understandable, and actionable.
- **Collaborating cross-functionally across AI, data, DevOps, and product teams**

You’ll orchestrate smooth delivery, resolve blockers, and foster a shared understanding of business and technical objectives.
- **Working in cloud-native environments with Snowflake and AWS**

You’ll operate confidently in an enterprise cloud stack, managing dependencies across services like S3, EC2, API Gateway, and Redshift.

**What you'll need to succeed...**:

- Around **10 years of experience** in combined project management and data science roles, ideally in enterprise or cloud environments.
- A proven ability to **lead data/AI projects end-to-end**, from ideation through deployment.
- Hands-on experience with **Python**, **SQL**, and applied data science techniques.
- Familiarity with **Snowflake**, **AWS Cloud**, and data architecture principles.
- The ability to **translate business requirements into technical deliverables** and vice versa.
- A background in or close collaboration with **business analysis**, helping turn analytics into action.
- Strong communication and leadership skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A delivery mindset, with a sharp eye for risk, quality, and long-term value.
