Creative Artworker

**Role / responsibilities**
- Designing and producing material for pitches, internal/external marketing collateral and digital assets.
- Creating final print ready pdf’s using a predened production profiles.
- Producing high quality graphic design work ensuring that brand guidelines have been met.
- Working with the graphic design team to deliver projects collaboratively.
- Create, develop and deliver social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst working to tight time frames to meet deadlines.

**Key Skills required**:

- Prior experience in a similar graphic designer role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects is desirable.
- A creative eye and flair for design to produce work that will stand out from their competitors.
- A positive can do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: From £27,000.00 per year

- Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Graphic design: 2 years (required)
