**Recruitment Consultant**

**Company Description**

Based in Berkhamsted, an independent staffing company specialising in placing mid to senior contract professionals into Pharmaceutical and Pharma Service companies across the UK, Europe and the US are rapidly expanding.

**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Working with clients internationally, within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Discuss and possibly negotiate pay and salary rates
- Engage with contractors regularly and assist with queries from department internally
- Develop new and existing business within the Pharma industry, nationally and internationally.
- Work closely alongside your team leader/business manager to understand the projects and requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a recruitment or sales role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- An innate ability to identify, qualify and close top talent in the sales industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- A go-getter personality with a passion for recruitment and sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
