The Role

Due to continued growth, The Resources Group, a national training provider, are looking to increase its team of quality instructors across the UK.

Both permanent and subcontractor positions are available.

The key responsibilities of an Instructor include, but are not limited to:

- Delivering training.
- Presenting courses across various levels.
- Presenting courses in various settings including: classroom and mobile in cab-courses.

The Person

The key skills and qualities of an Instructor:

- Either qualified Instructors, or experienced Commercial Vehicle Drivers and Forklift Truck Operators who are keen develop their skills.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to training.
- Passion and enthusiasm for the learning and development sector.
- Applicants should also hold good communication skills.
