**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients as directed by chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Support chefs during service by preparing ingredients and assisting with plating as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Help with stock rotation and inventory management to minimise waste.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- A basic understanding of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
