A great opportunity is available to work for a quality independent agent who are currently looking for an Sales Negotiator for their New Romney office.
You will actively demonstrate the ability to build relationships with customers and meet customers’ high service expectations.
They will add value to the office and the company by driving the business and market share.
Ideally you will have Estate agency experience but You do not need it for this vacancy so this is a great opportunity to start your Estate Agency Career especially if you have very good Knowledge of the area and have worked in a Sales/Customer service/targeted Industry.

**Some of the aspects you will cover will be**:

- Dealing with new enquiries, applicant registrations & regular contact
- Conducting viewings
- Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
- Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
- Marketing/Canvassing
- Covering some aspects of Lettings

**They require**:

- A well presented Individual
- Driven and determined to succeed
- Have a proven and consistent track record in Sales/Targeted Environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be prepared to work extra hours if required
- Open and learning mindset.
- Enjoys having fun within a great team environment.
- Show a passion for building a career in Estate Agency
- Have a full UK driving licence and own car

**Package on offer -**
- Basic salary £18/20K Depending on your experience
- % Of office commission
- Realistic OTE £25-28K
- The working hours are - Monday to Friday 8.30 to 6, Saturday 9 to 4 (Working every Saturday with one day off during the week)

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
