Night Porter

The Norfolk Arms Hotel in Arundel is recruiting for a part-time Night Porter position (16h per week, Sunday 23.00-07.00 and Monday 23.00-07.00).

Ensuring our guests receive 24 hours service and enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep is a vital part of the Norfolk Arms experience.

Within this busy and varied role as Night Porter, you will be responsible for looking after the hotel safety and guest welfare at night.

Duties include reception duties, checking in, checking out guests, conducting fire walks - working behind the bar and resolving guest requests and complaints in an efficient, friendly and competent manner.

Our Night Porters also assist in setting up and servicing Event rooms and performing a variety of general porter duties.

To succeed as Night Porter, you will be computer literate, have a good attention to detail and be warm and welcoming.

No previous experience is essential, although experience within similar roles would be advantageous such.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
