Receptionist - Peterborough

**Job**: Temporary Receptionist - Immediate Start
**Location**: Peterborough, PE1
**Rate**: 11.01 per hour
**Shifts**: - 07:45 - 17:00

We are looking for a receptionist to work within an office block setting. You will provide an excellent reception service to all staff and visitors, and other landlords/occupiers.

Main duties:

- Provide a professional, calm, friendly, effective and efficient reception service to service users, visitors and other landlords.
- Handing out passes/operating help desk
- Receive and transfer incoming calls
- Prepare and maintain the reception and waiting areas and ensure public areas are clean and tidy.

**Experience**:

- Experience within a reception, front of house and administration role is essential
- Comfortable learning new IT systems
- Providing high levels of customer service, tact and patience.
