Client Account Manager

**Client Account Manager, Wantage to £40,000 PA
Office based, hybrid after probationary period
**An exciting opportunity to join a very interesting business who work with **professional services**, this is not a sales role, we are looking or someone who can listen, build long term relationships and talk to business professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Researching potential organisations and clients
- Building databases of prospects and opportunities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange calls/meetings
- Identify trends, potential partnerships, and innovative ways of reaching existing markets
- Increase the value of existing customers and attract new ones
- Client visits
- Work with marketing to come up with content ideas and strategies
- Develop strategies to re-engage lapsed clients
- Daily account management and customer care
- Attending conferences, networking and industry events
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, Marketing or a related field
- Strong Communication skills
- IT Fluency - Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Proven track record in generating leads and opening doors
- Good research skills to identify contacts and opportunities
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social channels
- Experience of the legal sector is preferable but not essential
- An active listener
- Have a compelling personality
- Confidence in delivering outbound calls and handling inbound warm leads
- Self motivated, hard working, tenacious and adaptable with a dedicated and productive work ethic
- Ability to manage projects and multitask
- Excellent telephone manner and confident on the phone
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proactive, focused and self-disciplined
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance and handle uncertainty
- Strategic and commercially astute
NB: You must be able to pass a SC/NVVP3 security clearance check and have the right to work in the UK
