**We are pleased to be recruiting for a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly, traditional practice in West Sussex, starting ASAP on an ongoing basis.
The Opportunity**
Our client is a long established, high street law firm, who pride themselves on providing friendly but professional services that has seen them build up a loyal client base.
The firm are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a broad property caseload starting within the next couple of weeks, working on an ongoing basis whilst the firm recruit permanently, likely to be 3 months+.

The Commercial Property Locum Solicitor is required on a part time basis, ideally working 3 days per week. Additionally, you can take advantage of hybrid working if preferred, working remotely 1 day per week.
**Responsibilities**

You will assume responsibilities of a range of Commercial Property matters to include:

- Acquisition and disposal of freehold / leasehold commercial premises
- New Leases and Lease Extensions
- Landlord and Tenant and Tenancy Agreements
- Partnership Agreements

In addition to the commercial property matters, it would be beneficial if the locum can take on a small amount of residential property work, but this is not essential.

The locum will benefit from secretarial support.

**Benefits**
- Competitive pay circa £45 - £50 per hour
- Hybrid working with 1 day per week (out of the 3 day working week) offered on a remote basis
- Secretarial support

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years' experience as a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor
- Experience handling varied property caseloads
- Ability to work self-sufficiently within a busy team
