**Pay Rate: £10.00 ph**

**Average 40 hrs per week**

**9 - 12 hours shifts, Days, Nights (x 7 over 6 weeks) and Weekends**

**CCTV & Level 3 First Aid certificate training available**

**Permanent position**

**Ideally a car owner due to the client's location**

Within this opportunity, you will provide executive security services in line with the assignment instructions and client requirements to protect the clients' employees, property, and other assets.

As a Security Officer, you'll be part of a team at a prestigious retail centre, you are expected to be at the forefront of everything we do and represent both the customer and our own brands. Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor your day-to-day dutieswill vary from CCTV Control Room duties overseeing the operation in a preventative role to being flexible and proactive on the ground dealing with the public and security team answering visitors' issues, providing a safe and secure experience.

**How you will make an impact**:
**Working shifts of days, nights and weekends**
- Prevent and deter unauthorised access to site.
- Monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV.
- Conduct external and internal security patrols.
- Carry out routine tests of security equipment.
- Maintain all logbooks and records, ensuring all paperwork is completed in a timely fashion and conduct effective handover procedures.
- Provide support, guidance and information to all staff, visitors and contractors whilst ensuring safeguarding of the premises.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
