**About the Role**
We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized **Receptionist** to be the face of our hotel. This pivotal role requires a passionate individual with a commitment to exceptional service, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable welcome.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system.
- Provide concierge services, including local area recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

**About You**
We are looking for someone who embodies sophistication and hospitality.

**Essential Skills and Qualities**:

- Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with grace under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, a mix of 7-15.30 Early shift, 9-17.30- In Shift, 2-11 pm
- Late shift
- Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
