We're Birmingham’s first Argentine Asado restaurant brand, the most fun and fiery dining experience this side of Buenos Aires and we are looking for a **Host/Hostess** at our Shirley, Solihull restaurant on a part time basis.

**As Host, you are a brand ambassador who considers guest experience your top priority by**:

- Taking pride in your appearance, recognising that first impressions count;
- Warmly greeting guests, confidently building rapport in a professional manner;
- Ensuring all guest needs are met during the enquiry/booking phase of the dining experience;
- Being genuinely passionate about working in hospitality and confident when interacting with people;
- Keeping calm, professional and focused in challenging situations;
- Proactively managing reservations to accommodate the optimal number of guests;
- Willing to learn all aspects of the restaurant operation to assist when needed;
- Contributing to creating and maintaining a positive and productive working culture.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Solihull, B90 3AX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
