**Salary**: £38,000 to £42,000 per annum

At Emtec Facility Services our clients have the comfort of knowing that once we complete an installation, the Facility Services division will provide their installation with a long-term, effective, planned preventative and 24-hour reactive maintenance service Nationally. Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Project Supervisor to join our team based in the Manchester/ North West England area.
**Project Supervisor Responsibilities: **
- Support the delivery of various projects throughout the UK working with a prestigious client
- Principal contractor site supervision of sub-contractors and site audits
- Work alongside the Project Manager to create project Plans and organise the resources needed to complete each phase of the project
- Liaise with our supply chain to confirm arrangements for the construction phase
- Attend regular site meeting with clients and 3rd party stakeholder
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures and practices are maintained on all projects and at all times
- Support the Project Manage to ensure all relevant documentation is gathered
- Undertake final inspections to identify snagging and ensure site is left clean and tidy
- Liaise with client stakeholders to review works and any issues which remain outstanding
**Project Supervisor Requirements: **
- Previous experience working on live construction sites and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Experience of interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Experience in sub-contractor and people management
- Experience collating, producing and managing Construction phase information
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Be happy and willing to travel to sites in the UK when required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent decision maker with good problem solving skills
- Good understanding of First Aid at Work
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience of producing construction phase plans
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Hold a valid SSTS card
- Hold a current First Aid Qualification
- IPAF and PASMA certification
