Junior Commissioning Engineer

**£20,000 - £25,000 + Benefits**
An exciting new trainee opportunity exists for a flexible, hardworking and enthusiastic Junior Commissioning Engineer to support in the completion of new audio-visual installations for a friendly team of industry leaders in the design, delivery and installationof award-winning audio visual and collaborative technology.

Projects vary from simple systems to bespoke and often technically complex multi-room installations on a large scale. Working within commercial or corporate client facing office environments, the ability to present a professional image to the customer is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Installation, termination and testing of cabling on site
- Installation of bracketry, AV hardware and pre-built equipment racks
- Liaison with site management and/or client
- Rack build, wire and test
- On and off-site commissioning and configuration
- Attend site for both reactive and planned preventative service visits
- Technical site surveys

**Skills & Experiences**
- Ideally some work experience in a similar or related discipline (AV/Aerial/data/electrical etc)
- Interest in programming
- Basic understanding of computer networking and IP addressing
- Full driving license - no more than 3 points please
- A valid CSCS card would be ideal
- PASMA and IPAF certification is also preferable although training for these would be provided where required
